Hello all. Judy from Wichita Falls. Will make my story short. 12 years ago my husband passed away. About 3 years after his death, I was on a trip and had prayed that he watch over me and help my guardian angels to keep me safe. After making the 450 mile trip, I stopped at a store to get some supplies. Went to get in my car and heard a horn honk. Looked behind my car and another car was parked crossed ways of my car. When I looked at it, there was my husband staring at me and he smiled a goofy grin he use to do all the time and then he waved at me. I was in disbelief and just stood there stunned. I turned to see if anyone else was seeing this, and when I turned back, he was gone. It was his way of letting me know he heard me and was there watching over me like I had asked. One other time he contacted me was on a pager. We had a pager code that only he and I had and if he got really sick at home, he was to page me with that code. Sure enough, a while after he passed, my pager went off and when I checked it, there was the code we had used. I thought maybe it was a message that had gotten in a backlog somewhere and finally got through. But company did a trace and they had no record of it. Those two experiences are what got me started on the path of becoming a paranormal researcher. So my story is not a scary one, but a ghost story none the less.

This one time, me and my friends were at another friends’ house, because it was her birthday party. We were all spending the night when, out of the blue, we started seeing things like shadows and faces. Stuff started moving around when we left the room, and when we went outside to wait for another friend, we kept seeing a little girl almost everywhere, the last possible sighting of her was my frind when she saw her hanging from the branch of a tree by her neck, a rope around her neck. We were freaked out, and we kept seeing objects moving from their original positions, even when we memorized them perfectly.

When my husband and I lived in our other home, there were several strange occurrences:.
1. Water faucets in the bathroom & kitchen would turn on when no one was in those rooms.
2. My daughter’s toys in her toy box would turn on and start making noises – not the same toy every time, various ones. We usually had to dig the toy out to make it stop.
3. The cars on a race track for toddlers that was set up in her room would go around the track in a start & stop motion around the track while no one was in there. It would continue when we went to see what the noise was.
When we moved into the home we built, there were several things we witnessed:
1. On a few occastions my daughter and I saw a female in the hallway (we are the only 2 females in the house). We did not both see her at the same time – each individually. When we would double-take, there was no one there.
2. My mother in law also came to deliver a box to our home while everyone was either at work or school. She walked in to sit the box on our kitchen table and saw a female in our hallway. She at first thought my daughter was, unbeknownst to her, home sick but when she did a double-take the figure was gone.
3. I once was lying on the couch in the livingroom which is between the kitchen (one end of the house) and hallway to bedrooms (other end). I saw a child approx 3 1/2 ft tall run by me from the kitchen and down the hallway to the end bedroom (I’m guessing on the height because the top of the head barely cleared the back of the couch). I thought it was my little boy who was about 4 at the time. I said “Hey Bubba, where you running to?” He then answered me from the kitchen where he was sitting at the table.
4. My husband sleeps on the couch most nights due to an old back injury. He was lying on the couch, not asleep yet. My daughter & a friend were in her room. He heard sounds of breathing coming around the back of the couch. Thinking that my dauther & friend were crawling on all fours to try to scare him, he waited until the sound came around his head and then jumped up to yell “boo”, but when he did there was no one in the room & my daughter’s door was still closed.
